Change your password in CityFlow
To change your password in CityFlow, please follow the process below.
If you do not have access to your account, jump straight to the "Request a new password" section of this guide.
- Log into CityFlow
- Go to the Settings page by clicking on the cog in the right-hand side menu.
- In the Basics tab, type your password in the two password fields. Make sure that you type the same password - the fields are case-sensitive.
- Click on Update.
You've now changed your password.
Requesting a new password
If you have lost access to your account and would like to change your password, please follow the process below.
- Go to the login page
- Click on the 'Forgot my password'-button under the password field.
- Type in your email (that you used to sign up to CityFlow)
- Click on the 'Reset Password'-button.
- You will receive an email with a link to confirm that you requested a password reset. Click on the link/'Reset password'-button in the email.
- Type in your new desired password in the two fields and click on the 'Set new password'-button.
You've now changed your password.
